Mr. Angerer brings more than 15 years’ experience in the software industry and more than eight years’ experience leading innovation in disaster recovery. Now a venture partner at Toba Capital (which led Quorum’s $11 million Series B funding round in March 2013), he previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Quest Data Protection. Prior to Quest, Mr. Angerer held a number of positions at Symantec, including vice president responsible for NetBackup engineering. During this time, he was responsible for the creation of Symantec’s Open Storage program and later for the creation and launch of the NetBackup Appliance program and BackupExec.Cloud.
Currently serving on the Board of Directors of several technology companies including Ixia (Nasdaq XXIA) and Orolia (Nyse Euronext: ALORO), Mr. Asscher is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Airtek Capital Group, a private equity investment firm based in Brussels, Belgium. Previously, he served as General Manager of Apollo Invest, a private equity investment firm based in Paris, France.
Mr. Ginsberg is founder, chairman and chief innovation officer of Ixia (NSDQ:XXIA), the industry leader in network performance testing. Errol brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry, with broad expertise in the design, development, and successful commercial marketing of technologies for the Internet and distributed networking community.
Mr. Sallaberry is a software industry veteran with a career encompassing the build and operational management of Enterprise-class worldwide sales, marketing, technology and consultative services organizations. Paul is a Venture Partner with Jafco Ventures, and has served in senior operating roles at highly regarded technology companies for more than 30 years including EVP of WW Field Operations at Vertitas prior to joining Jafco. In addition to Quorum, Paul serves on the Boards of Acquia, Calypso Technologies and Moovweb, and he is an advisor to Liquid Robotics, PernixData and Pure Storage. He serves on the U.C. Davis Foundation Board of Trustees, and on the U.C. Davis Graduate School of Management Dean’s Advisory Council.
As CEO of Quorum Mr. Sharp brings more than 20 years’ experience in driving world-class products and innovation. Before joining Quorum, Sharp spent 15 years at NetApp in various positions before his final role there as vice president of emerging products. Prior to NetApp, Edward worked at McKinsey & Co., where he focused on strategic technology issues facing the evolving computer markets in Europe and North America. Edward holds a bachelor of arts degree from Oxford University in engineering, economics, and management. He also holds a master of science degree from Stanford University in electrical engineering.
