Mr. Angerer brings more than 15 years' experience in the software industry and more than eight years' experience leading innovation in disaster recovery. Now a venture partner at Toba Capital (which led Quorum's $11 million Series B funding round in March 2013), he previously served as senior vice president and general manager for Quest Data Protection. Prior to Quest, Mr. Angerer held a number of positions at Symantec, including vice president responsible for NetBackup engineering. During this time, he was responsible for the creation of Symantec's Open Storage program and later for the creation and launch of the NetBackup Appliance program and BackupExec.Cloud.
Amiee Gordon brings over 15 years of experience in IT services to her position as Director of Operations at Quorum. Prior to joining Quorum, Amiee was a Senior IT Services Consultant for All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta, providing IT services and consulting for small and mid-sized businesses. Her clients included non-profit organizations, manufacturing and law firms for whom she provided strategic advice and tactical execution in all facets of IT.
Previously, as a Relationship Project Manager for ProNet Solutions, Amiee consulted community banking clients in areas of regulatory compliance, information risk analysis, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Amiee has a long history of building relationships by collaborating to build practical, reliable business solutions, through the use of information technology, that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

John Gallagher runs marketing for Quorum, leveraging 20+ years of expertise in product marketing, pipeline management, and thought leadership on innovative technologies. Across his work in storage and semiconductors, John has embraced the role of technology evangelist through forming industry associations, editorial viewpoints, and public speaking. Prior to joining Quorum, John led the outbound marketing and inside sales teams at DataDirect Networks, a leader in high performance storage systems. John has managed marketing teams at LSI, Cadence, and EMC/Isilon, as well as startups Synplicity and Meru Networks. John has lived and worked in the UK and Japan, and received his B.S. (Materials Science & Engineering) and MBA from Cornell University.
Kemal Balioglu leads product team for Quorum, building on more than 15 years of global leadership in the software industry at companies ranging from startup phase to Fortune 100 and in various domains including automation, security, energy management, and data protection. He has extensive experience in building teams that deliver high quality and easy to use products, and driving technology integration both within and across companies. Prior to joining Quorum, Kemal was at Symantec where he was responsible for deduplication and new backup technologies for NetBackup, including bringing to market the first deduplication appliance for Symantec. Kemal previously lead teams at Shavlik Technologies and Siemens in U.S. and Europe, and holds a M.S. EE from Technical University of Karlsruhe (Germany).
Dr. Marc H. Goroff has over 20 years of experience in technology and academia. Prior to cofounding Quorum® (Quorum Technology Inc.), Marc was the head of Software Development at Sandpiper Networks where he led the team that created the internet's first Content Delivery Network. Through mergers and acquisitions, Marc continued to lead software development at Digital Island, Exodus, and Cable & Wireless.
Prior to Sandpiper, Marc cofounded several successful software startups. His diverse experience has ranged from developing embedded code for real time micro controllers to operating system development on the world's fastest supercomputers to products for distributed computing. Marc earned a Ph.D. in Physics from the California Institute of Technology where he was also a Research Fellow before moving into industry.
Marty Bradford brings over 20 years of financial and operational management experience to the company. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer at InMage Systems, Inc. He has provided financial leadership at both private and public companies in the software and biotechnology industries and has also worked in public accounting. Marty has extensive experience in driving company strategy, Due Diligence (IPO and M&A) and also has a history of making process improvements at companies, which have resulted in significant bottom line results.
Marty is a CPA and holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Washington.
Nader Soudah runs Channel Sales for the Americas, based in our San Jose headquarters. Nader brings to Quorum comprehensive experience directing business development initiatives and partner relationships, and a track record of developing inside and outside sales teams, launching new products, and building channels. Prior to Quorum, Nader ran Americas Sales for Drobo and Connected Data, and has extensive sales management experience at Acer and Peek & Co.
Tony has over 25 years of experience in developing fast growth sale channels in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Most recently Tony was SVP WW Sales and Marketing at Connected Data / Drobo where he successfully led the launch of their private cloud solutions, and managed the merger with Drobo. Prior to this, Tony has held Senior management positions at Hitachi Data Systems, Brocade and Bell Micro (now Avnet).
