Download software node packages

Normally, there’s no need to download the node package because the Protect Me wizard automatically retrieves the software update for you, as outlined in To manually install an update:).

However, if you manually update a PN by using Firefox instead of IE, you need to select the node package that matches the operating system because Firefox will not automatically select the correct 32‑bit or 64‑bit operating system version.

To download a node package:

1.	RDP to the protected node.

2.	From that PN, launch the Appliance’s onQ Portal.

3.	Go to APPLIANCE CONFIG tab > ADVANCED button > Downloads page.

4.	Select the file.

5.	Click Download.
