Troubleshoot Installation Problems Use the following table to help you troubleshoot installation problems. Symptom What’s it mean? What do I do? I see a Browser and onQ are not on the same network message This message means that the PN and HA Appliance are on different subnets, which is okay. If you intend for them to be on different subnets, ignore this message. This message is just a reminder. I don't see the Protect Me button. The following four conditions must be met before the Protect Me button is visible: • The onQ Appliance must have been initially configured. • The node's OS must be supported by onQ. • Protection must be turned OFF. Verify that the conditions exist.
