Download software node packages

Use this procedure if you’re trying to manually update your agent‑based Windows PNs. Normally, there’s no need to download node packages from onQ Central because the Protect Me wizard automatically retrieves the software update for you, as outlined in To manually install an update on an agent‑based Windows PN:.

However, if you manually update a PN using Firefox instead of IE, you need to select the node package that matches the operating system because Firefox will not automatically select the correct 32‑bit or 64‑bit operating system version.

To download a node package:

1.	Log on to the protected node.

2.	From that PN, launch the onQ Appliance’s onQ Portal.

3.	Go to APPLIANCE CONFIG tab > ADVANCED button > Downloads page.

4.	Select the file.

5.	Click Download.
